We offer a variety of screen printing styles to meet your needs
The industry standard in screen printing, Plastisol inks are mixed using the Pantone Matching System (PMS) to deliver consistent branding throughout your product line.
Waterbased inks are an eco friendly option for those looking to keep it green. These inks are formulated to dye into the garment, giving it a super soft hand. Waterbase inks use the PMS color match system.
Similar to the waterbased process, this technique removes the original color from the garment, and replaces it with special ink, giving it a unique look and feel. Our customers love this option for creating a worn, vintage appearance. The discharge process does not result in 100% accurate PMS color.
Ink that moves with the wearer, this durable ink is formulated to deliver the ultimate stretch and feel. We recommend this option when printing on performance or poly-blend garments.
What is screen printing?
Screen printing is a age-old printing technique which dates back 960 A.D. While the technology has come a long way since then, screen printing basically involves pushing ink through a screen onto a surface. A squeegee is used to fill the screen with the ink emulsion, and a reverse stroke with applied pressure then causes the screen to touch the surface momentarily, leaving the final imprint on the shirt. Multiple screens and ink colors are used to create full-color designs. Our highly-skilled printers are trained in the latest and best technology to guarantee the best screen printing around.
